Q.

hi i am mother..my finger nails are weak,i cannot hold hard things bcz my nails get bend...what is the problem and how could i overcome from this symtoms

A. How do you hold things in your nail completely that’s not here to me never mind you can a massage the nails with castor oil regularly that’s going to give them probable strength and sometimes it could be due to deficiency is as well so you need to check with your doctor hopefully with regular massage going to become a most strong
