Hi, I am having pelvic pain and lower back pain, I have a sitting desk job 9-5.. kindly suggest on that also.. 5th month pregnancy .. thank you so much

A. avoid long sitting. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. Its You only for you to have pelvic pain it’s actually very early start having this kind of pain by the time of nine months of delivery when they’re almost close so I think your job is quite hectic for you to sit on the chair for such a long time you buy a recliner I think that would be a easier rooting for you to work over because that way your body is going to get proper rest
