Q.
hi ,I am having 3 months old daughter and she is exclusive on breastmilk. one of my breast does not have milk and she never wants to get feed from that. I have tried many times to feed her from that side now milk production is stopped from that side.what should I do.should i use breast pump or consult gynecologist.

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 3 month To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! The more baby latches the more milk produces. Have lactating foods - milk,dairy products,rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo, poppy seeds, garlic, garlic milk, mutton kheema. Keep baby(make her lie) on that side for 10-15 minutes. Have more water, direct feed helps in more production of milk instead pumping if you can afford breast pump you can opt.
