Q.

Hi I am feeling pain in my upper left and centre of my chest like pinching. And also left shoulder to arm is paining while lifting something. Is this muscle pain or something related to heart problems. please advice. I am too worried

A. there is need to exam in person and do investigations for diagnosis. There can be lot of individual variation in the problem sometimes there is need to do physical examination and if required for investigations also to come to the diagnosis and give appropriate advice ok
