hi I am dhruv's mom. my son's head is not in normal shape. head's right back side is flat and left side is like swollen. but he is absolutely normal nd very happy baby nd active baby also. is it normal?

that will become normal by increasing age of the child
due to pressure on one side of the head during sleeping there is flatness / abnormal shape on that side of the head. 
no treatment is required for flat head / bumpy head and you will see that by one year to two years of age the flat head will go away as soon as the child begins to sit and later walk.
pillows will not help much in this case so do not worry.
the bones in the skull are elastic so to give space to the growing brain it takes different shape and when the growth of the brain occurs properly then gradually they will take a normal shape.

Is the head is Flat from a body colour side not make your child sleep on that side slowly you will see the head is going to retain its shape secondly if you are seeing any kind of a swelling in any particular place and it is going to be very important for you to have a proper physical assessment at this way we cannot give you a correct assistant as a physical assessment of the situation would certainly be required
