Hi, I am around 7week pregnant and it's feels that my uterus is stretching... also having pain..kindly suggest the best sleeping position

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. se you can sleep on left side or rightn side as both are ok. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
