Q.

Hi , I am a mother of 4 months old baby, from the time of my delivery i havnt got my regular periods. can you please suggest the right way ?

A. tis is normal ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailySee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.

A. This Is the right way only because a lot of women after their delivery do not get the periods for six months or one year depending upon a person to person so it’s completely normal as of now if you have not resumed with your menstruation cycle whenever your body is ready to menstruate again you will get them
