hi..!! I am 5 months pregnant.. I just want to know whether garbh sanskar classes are actually useful?? should I go for it.. if yes.. then please suggest some best online classes for the same.. thank you

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. Lamaze classes r very good u can do then actually it gives u a lot clear pic about labor delis and also post post delivery so it’s good actually u can do them also it’s beneficial in the longer run so go for it

Nancy JaiswalMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Yes the classes are informative and give a lot of clarity regarding day to day activities, and diet. It clears a lot of myths too and helps to keep the track of mother and baby's health. I did it from iMumz and found it very useful.
