Hi I am 4 months baby girls mom and i am breastfeeding. I am having gas problem on the left side near the hip. When i yawn its paining. What should i do to relieve. Its there for a month coming and going frequently.

as you are getting severe Pain , please visit doctor for it.
at home
keep your body well hydrated
avoid taking gas generating food like potatoes,gram flour etc.
take small and frequent meal.
you can take warm water with pinch of salt ,mint leaves and few drops of lemon juice and ginger juice daily in morning.
go for daily walk
maintain good hygiene
