Mom of a 3 m old child11 months ago

Q.

Hi I am 38 years old according to my last period I am running 6 weeks 7 days today I had a little bleeding so I got a scan done in that my pregnancy time is showing 5 weeks 4 days and child heartbeat is not detect also some chronic hematoma seen. please suggest is there any risk chances or any abnormalities .
