hi good morning I am 3months pregnant know but from the day I have given delevery to my 1st baby I have got the back issue like I get pain in my back personal area I guess due to heat if I eat bannana small one I am ok if I don eat I feel same .. it's very disturbing me . what can I do

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. then you eat calcium. You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatmentCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
