From March 5 I had fever and throat pain, went to the doctor and took medicines. For 2 days I'm ok with mild pain again from Friday I got severe pain and wasn't able to swallow the food water. Again went to the doctor and gave antibiotics I took for three days, from Wednesday onwards felt somewhat good, doing salt gargle and drinking only hot water.
Today again I have pain in throat and earache can't able to swallow the food and water also.

should I need to consult with ENT or any solution?

for throat infections you can give paracetamol for pain as well as fever and paracetamol can be repeated maximum four times per day and youx can give warm water to drink and home remedies like to see ginger honey. 
you can also go for warm fluids like warm dal , warm soup etc. 
antibioticsx is needed or not will be decided by the doctor after examination. it is advisable to remain in contact with the doctor for other medicines
