Hi friends, Good morning. After my c section 5months got over. postpartum depression is more. hairfall also too much. please give some home remedies for hair fall. what are the protein intake we have to eat. please suggest. How to come out from the depression?

A. follow a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. As hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. daily do some exercise to keep yourself healthy inside out. Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, amla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Avoid stress and take adequate rest. Sleep or rest when your baby sleeps. Take healthy diet, read good books or engage in your favorite hobbies.
