Q.

hi experts, I have acne,so doctor prescribed me isotretinoin 20mg. I took only 2 tablets alternate days, which I stopped after letting that its not good if ur planning. will there be any side effects if m planning for pregnancy? tried to reach my dermatologist he is out of town. thank you in advance.

A. Previously it was said that there should be a gap of. One year and these days they are saying that a gap of 3 months is fine. As you have stopped early,kindly give gap of 3-4 months and start folic acid medications right away. Before you plan have a talk with your gynecologist also
