hi expert, my son's central upper teeth is shaking because he has fallen and got hurt. what to do?

A. Look if it is going to come out it is going to come out it’s not a problem anyway the teeth can start falling generally time after the age of 4 1/2 years so the new teeth will come when the time is right but currently you cannot do anything about it
