Q.

hi expert my question is every day 50 to 60 of my hair will fall is it normal ? I am worried about this ? from fast one year the I have this hair fall , that us from my 7month postpartum .......

A. it happens due to hormonal fluctuations.. deficiencies.. dehydration.. stress . take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat healthy stay hydrated. have sunbath every morning
