Hi everyone my son is 5mnths and 10days old i see these tiny pimples around neck wat should I do nd when should I start giving water to him

A. hi..it is looking like some allergic skin reaction. apply calamine lotion on a skin and observe, wear only cotton clothes, and mert yiur doctor is no improvement. . o k
