hi everyone..mujhe delivery hoke 1 and half year hua..muje delivery time se abhi thak jab jab dar dar hota ... negative thoughts aarahe hy positive soch b nahi aara .husband ke upper b kuch b feeling nahin hy.mere bareme mujhe bad bolna dil kartha kabhi kabhi ..kabhi na kabhi movemie dekhne dar lagtha..agar usme kuchtho b scene dekhetho tho jab b dar mehsoos hota..kyun Aisa plz reply. iska solution kya hy

A. I think you’re still having anxiety stress and you going through postpartum depression which usually does not last for this long I would recommend you to consult a doctor you should visit a psychologist talk to them take out your things which are bothering you and then you will feel lighter
