hi everyone can I do yoga both morning and evening to reduce pregnancy weight and flatten tummy

A. dear mum, you can surely do yoga in the morning and evening to reduce your pregnancy weight and flatten your tummy. also , eat mindfully including a balanced diet having variety of food groups.

A. Hi mom Yes u can do yoga morning and evening. Also avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Have warm lemon honey water daily in the morning empty stomach to burn fat. Take care
