Hi Dr, we are using present Pediasure chocolate favor mix in milk ,is it fine if we use boost for his growth now

A. Hai good evening !! Instead health mix powders you can give nuts powder mix in milk. Dry roast nuts ,make fine powder and store in a container,add coco powder for chocolate flavour. For sweetness add mishri or jaggery powder while preparing milk. Along with milk give 3 meals rice/roti with dal/sabji/egg/paneer,curd ,cereals,grains in regular meals for overall growth.
