Hi Dr my son is 1yr old he s having dry scalp and itching and very hair which shampoo should I use

A. Start applying curd in the hair to reduce dandruff and itchy scalp and never keep oil in hair all the time and wash the head frequently and you can use spoo shampoo and try to give more liquids to the baby

A. U Can go ahead with using Cetaphil shampoo to supposed to be quite nice but regular oiling into the scalp is definitely going to be very good because you’re saying it is too much try to go ahead with that and if still you feel that the issue persist then consult a skin off the lights
