Hi dr, my baby is 6 months old.. since 5 days he is having loose motions (5-6 times in a day) it's in watery consistency and some mucous is also there .. except that he is all good place do help suggest something

It We probably be due to stomach infection which is why I think your child is having mucus in the motion so it’s important for you to get a check with your paediatrician first we’ll see as to what kind of infection it is in according to that the right medicines of antibiotics and we suggested for the same
