my 3 months old daughter is having loose motions since 4-5 days , having watery consistency... passing stool 5-6 times a day after feeding again and again, it's been two days I had consulted my paediatrician and he suggested Enterogermina, Drop Zn20 and even after that there is no improvement... still watery stool , so what shall I do? please suggest

A. rfw vsome baby will be passing very loose motions event 10 to 12 times per day in first 3 to 4 months of age no need to worry if the baby is having proper weight gain passing urine at least 8 to 10 times
