Hi Dr My baby is 3 months old. She only feed from one breast and usually keep his head turn to the right side. Do I need to concern about it?

A. one sided preference is very common but at the same time it is advisable to change the position and give breast feeding from other breast also otherwise it will lead to abnormal breast size
