You can try leaving the cup around the room and simply let him take it in his own time. If your toddler is thirsty, he might try drinking from the cup. Try and pick up some coloured glasses or sipper cups with nice pictures of animals or cartoons on them. Look for slow flow cups or those which have adjustable flows.
