hi dr. my baby is 2.5 months old. her weight now is 3.9 when she was born her weight was 2.674 n reduced to 2.4 after birth.. she was a term baby born in 37 week 4 days.. she is exclusively on breastfeeding I have tried formula but she is not taking how can I gain her weight.. kindly help.

Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year baby gain weight slowly so you Should calculate according to that. And according to that babies weight is totally fine. Baby should be totally is no need to give anything else to you baby to 6 months
