Hi Dr my baby girl is 16mnts old her lower jaw teeth are getting black is it normal?

A. No. it might be cavities. please visit a dentist preferably a pedodontist and get it checked. brush twice daily using a grain size of kids age appropriate toothpaste like colgate kids, cheerio or kidodent
