Hi Dr, my baby boy keeps touching his private parts, which worries me a lot..he is 2.4yrs now..he keeps rubbing it with his hands or on the bed..how am I supposed to stop him from doing so? can there be any urinary infection or something?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. it s a normal behaviour of small babies. as per what you have told this seem s normal and does not need any medications as for now . So just do not worry about this at all

Your toddler has discovered a part of her body that may have gone largely unexplored during infancy. What's more, she might have learned that touching her genitals feels good.
