hi Dr, My baby boy is 11months and 21 days old.. From past 3,4days i can see hair fall after taking bath and on pillow.. there is nothing changed in hair bath routine.. what could be the reason for this sudden hair fall? he is also taking vitamin, iron supplements

A. If you have not got the head of your child shaved off then you should get it done because this is probably due to being temporary hair and they’re falling out if you have got the head shaped still the problem is there then check with your doctor
