Hi Dr. My 8 months daughter initially like cerelac and other baby food but from couple of months she does not eat or like anything. She drink only milk. sometimes she eat baby food lil bit. Her weight is also not so progressive. her wt. is 6.2 kg. please advise how to improve her diet?

A. hello mom if child doesn't have any health issues then dont worry loss of appetite can be due to the teething as well This is very common problem when baby switch from breast milk to semi solid or solid diet they take some time to adjust so do not worry try to introduce more variety let him play with his plate try to divert his attention like you can put some toys around him and put bites in his mouth you can offer him food in Puri form or finger food also
