hi Dr...me 3 months pregnant hoon mere 13 months ka baby h kya me apne baby ko utha sakti hoon ...koi pblm to nhi hogi?

but if emergency then make him stand on bed abd then pick up ok. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

If Your child is light then maybe you can lift the baby after you complete the pregnancy of 4 to 5 months but in general it would not be advisable for you to lift the child because certain times when you lift a heavy weight or something you can have effects on your pregnancy so it would be better that you avoid it for the time being
