14 jan ko mera second time c section huwa..
mere ko karwat lene m left n right both side pain hota hai jaise khichhav sa hota hai stitches ka waisa.
baki chalne uthne naithne m koi pain n hai seedha b letne m theek hai karwat lete waqt he pain hota hai .. ye normal rahta h kya second time c section k baad qgr haa to kitna time lagega theek hone m ye pain...

apko itna problem hai after C section then should see a gynac  for this as it need s to be seen and  also need s after an exami nation any treatment can be given for this condition . . .

usually it is ok to feel little bit pain at initial days.
but better to consult your Gynecologist for once

as he or she can give proper guidance after examining your health.
please take healthy and well balanced diet
keep your body well hydrated
take enough sleep.
take apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene.
