Hi Dr, I am 33 weeks pregnant. today i had a scan and my amniotic fluid is very low like 4.6cm my gync suggested me to drink sachets two times a day. I am really really worried about my amniotic fluid levels. please suggest what can be done?

A. Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Maintain hydration
