hi dr Hemendra.. my daughter ii's 5m old and she has been on breast milk till now. but from past 2days my milk has been reduced, can I start her on homemade cerelac.please do give ur valid opinion

A. Hi Mom Give only BM or Formula milk till six months Give dal water initially after six months Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Try to keep head up position while feeding Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products to increase your milk More sucking leads to more milk
