Q.

Hi dr Ghouse my son who is 3 month old is having cough. Sometimes making wheezing sound. Antibiotics have already been given to him last month. Maxtra drops I was giving to him but still it has not been completely cured. Doctor has prescribed advent drop and atarax drops along with nebulisation. Is it okay to nebulise such a small baby. Please guide me as m very stressed since his birth.

A. it is important to meet the doctor again for change in medicines if there is not improving with the medicines given by the doctor after few days sometimes you may have to wait more before the medicines have proper action and sometimes change in medicine is required andd this will be made clear by your treating doctor after examining in follow up. x
