it happens because of congestion
so you can try heat fomentation for this
take a clean Cotton clothe
heat the tava and place Cotton clothe on it for few seconds.
make pouch of it and check with your hands first that pouch should not be too hot
then gently Place it on your child chest and back.
keep your child well hydrated
you may use Babyhug rapid relief rub too
