hi Dr can u please advise can I take vaccine of covid if I'm in periods

Well during periods your immunity is compromisd a little bjt so better to take it after periods are over.
Lactating mother's are not supposed to take the said vaccination
take sunbath daily
Take lots of vitamin C
Take nutritious diet
Take care
