hi Doctors or exp moms please guide me on this, is it compulsory to take the rubella vaccine before trying to conceive also what is the gap time to wait to try to conception after this vaccination. thank you

It is not compulsory but I would suggest if you are doctors advising take it because rubella is not at all good in pregnancy can leave side effects on the child so I would suggest you because I’ve been through the same situation and I was diagnosed with rubella during the time of pregnancy due to which probably what happens if there is .01% chance of the child to have issues like little bit of delay in the growth in all its like 0.1% chance but it’s quite bright when you look at it so I think you should go for it
