Hi doctors can i give gripe water . elders insisting me to give gripe water to my 7 month old baby .May I know the reason if it's not and what the alternative of gripe water?

.no for that from me
Always recommend not to give Gripe water because it can some times result in infection .
Moreover if baby is having gases discomfort you can deal it by doing tummy time for him.
Massaging the tummy in gentle circular motion .
Doing leg peddling exercises.
Giving gastica drops or Himalaya bonnisan drops.
