Hi doctor ,Yesterday morning when I was changing his diaper I noticed that he his scortum was swelled. I’m using baby hug diapers. Is this because of diaper or something else’s . Please let me know.

Diaper should be change frequently and not used more than 3 to 4 hours or if the diaper is soiled it should be change immediately also try to use a diaper with super absorbent jelly which will be more helpful in reducing the rashes diaper should not be used very frequently also use zinc oxide barrier diaper rash creams to avoid contact of urine with the skinf
Also maintain proper hygiene and avoid damepness which can cause secondary fungal infection.
