Bezzanki AmaniMom of 2 children6 months agoA. Breastfeed every 2-3 hours even at night, as demand increases supply.Let your baby feed from both sides in each session.
Drink plenty of water,milk and Include oats, almonds, spinach, garlic and eggs in your diet.

I advise to give more and more breastfeeds to your child
because breastfeeding mostly work on demand and supply
massage your breasts with warm coconut oil which stimulate your milk glands and increase your breastmilk supply naturally
