hello I am a breastfeeding mother of a 4 month baby and I feel my milk supply has become a bit low.. please advise some food to increase milk demand.

A. hello dear , if ur baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hrs is active alert , gaining adequate wt then feed is sufficient as baby grow body adjusts milk production based on the demand by baby
