Hi doctor's Nd mommies I m a mom of 1year and 2mnths baby... Its been since like 4 to 5 months I m feeling very tired and lazy I dnt knw y... Even I m not able to my basic stuffs... I m wanna be active and do al works but knee pain and laziness stops me do it... Pls suggest me what to do

A. hi dear Toddlers need 1 cup of fruit and 1 cup of vegetables as part of their daily diet. Serve chopped, fresh berries, melon, apple slices or pineapple. Kiwi, mango and bananas are healthy choices as well. Chop raw vegetables into small pieces to prevent choking or steam them to make them softer and easier to eat.
