hi doctor, my son two days before fell down in a chair , he got a small injury on his head like swollen and reddish, We were immediately sent to hospital The doctors said 3 hrs observation if any vomiting or anything else, after 1 and half hour that he didn't vomiting or any side effects, the doctor said please consult pediatrics after that you go to home , then we consult pediatrics doctor said don't worry no problem, if he vomiting please come back to hospital he said, then we leave from their, went to home there is no problem from yesterday, but now he is vomiting before that he falling down he had a little cold and chest phlegm, usually he had like this normally he vomiting , now this is fear for me because of he falling down and now he is vomiting please give some suggestion for me what to do 🙏
