Hi Doctor, My son is 6month old last Sunday we had given him flu vaccine, from Thursday he is making some sort of sound during breathing and yesterday night he started coughing

he is not coughing continuously, but occasionally he does from yesterday night, also what is the amount of drops I should offer him
