hi doctor, my son is 21 months old and he is not speaking as well as his age group kids he is active and he understands what we are saying but not learning new words speaking some words from 6 months.

A. hello most of the kid will be able to speak sentences with 2 words or three words at the age two but can also be delayed in some kids and you should encourage your child and give it more offers in the to speak which will improve the speech gradually and absolutely nothing to worry about
