hi doctor my daughter is 3 months 20 days old she is not smiling even when make her laugh also .she staring at walls or things seriously is it normal

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. “Your baby will likely be smiling at 3 months. But if baby doesn't smile often, that doesn't mean anything is wrong with him. ... If baby's not doing any of that by 3 months, bring up your concerns with your pediatrician. “Often, a parent's concern is that if their baby doesn't smile, that means he or she is autistic.
