hi doctor my baby passing watery watery motion while during breastfeeding also strungly to pass the urine also

A. Hello, your baby girl is having a watery loose motions so give her ORS spoon bye spoon and smashed banana and frequent breast feeding as to avoid dehydration and hot peeing
