hi doctor my baby is nine months old now . she has very dry skin also red spots are formed on his skin. l used Himalaya gentle wash for her. please tell me what should I do and which type of wash or soap is good for her.

fir dry skin u may use cetaphil cream ot lotion.
and once meet ur doctor n get an evaluation done of her dry skin.
