hi doctor my baby is dry coughing since yesterday evening can you pls tel me the reason

A. baby is suffering from dry cough .. gv a spoon of honey or a glass of turmeric milk before bed.... boil some tulsi leaves in a cup of water till it is half with crushed ginger add honey and gv 2 to 3 sp thrice a day... use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub....
